But iParmar Group made it possible after rigorous follow up with bureaucratic systems. This slum rehabilitation project is a new dawn in the life of all the slum dwellers of Pune.   It was a memorable proud moment for the residents of Nana Peth slums, when this slum rehabilitation project was within record time by iParmar Group and handed over to them. Mr. Nitin Karir, the honorable Commissioner of PMC then, had graced the occasion. The group has not only built fine homes for the slum dwellers, but also has initiated activities like self-help groups, school, community centre and children’s play area. “Kalamkar Awards” for the best performing ‘bachat gats’ is also a unique initiative towards the same.

These two outstanding achievements has inspired the group to conceive many such projects. In a short span of time iParmar Group has become a name synonymous with slum rehabilitation.
