Environmental

Think pure, think Green!

Environment friendliness is the need of the hour today, but iParmar Group has been practicing it since the inception. Because it is group’s firm belief, that to act is the only solution for confronting the challenges like global worming and ecological imbalance. The group actively sponsors MCCIA’s ‘Carbon Footprint Reduction’ effort.

The group has co-founded and actively sponsored a Green intiative towards this called ALERT – The Association for Leadership, Education, Research and Training. Headed by former Mayor Ms. Vandana Chavhan, ALERT is spreading awareness about the Carbon Dioxide emission. The key aspects of group’s environmental policy are:

  • iParmar Group is and will always remain an environmentally responsible company.
  • The group shall never harm Nature and in fact would make every possible effort to conserve natural resources.
  • The group will always participate in initiatives and efforts to improve the environmental protection.
  • The group shall never make use of material, machinery or equipment that will increase air pollution.
  • Within all the projects, the group will strive to cultivate optimum greenery, plantations and lawns.

Social Enhancement

The outcome of a noble viewpoint blended with enterprising thoughts is social entrepreneurship. iParmar Group’s uniquely conceived societal activities exemplify the same. The group is diligently working towards Pune’s Green Cover plan and road beautification. Slum Development programmes and SRA projects illustrate group’s farsighted vision towards the rehabilitation of lower economic and less empowered class.

iParmar Group, A socially responsible Corporate Citizen has left its footprints in various ground-breaking CSR initiatives. Upliftment of the under privileged class is the sole objective behind these evolutionary thinking. Giving back to society is the earnest desire that drives group’s innovative ideas of social empowerment. Priyadarshini School, Bibwewadi was founded by Mr. Parmar and the group is actively involved in the governance of the school.

Mr Parmar being an ardent supporter of a Green Pune has funded a variety of green projects throughout the city. He is also one of the co-founders and active sponsor of an organization named ALERT (Association for Leadership, Education & Research Training) working towards reducing global warming and creating public awareness among Citizens and Corporations to reduce Carbon Dioxide emissions.

The group is staunchly supporting ‘Green House’ concept throughout our Residential Project which will be environmental friendly with natural landscapes and scenic beauty.

Towards the refinement of pune the group has worked as a part of facility management for increasing pune’s green cover road beautification and also dedicated its focus on converting slums into hygienic colonies.

To highlight on health care, the group has introduced a concept known as “Wellness in India”.

With the banner attached as “Nirvana” – a wellness centre under the guidance of cardiologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, fitness experts and diet professionals is being run by the group. The concept of “Nirvana” is also attached to mind & body wellness which provides good health, healthy living and also enhance quality of life, which gains freedom for illness and also improvises the physical & mental fitness for corporate executives.
